Hello, people. Mixing bowls are for mixing birthday cakes in, not for catching birthday cake vomit in. But, apparently, my former mixing bowl is now the new vomit-catching bowl. Good thing I bought new mixing bowls at Bed, Bath & Beyond a couple of weeks ago.
Brandon turned 3 last Monday. Tuesday night he woke up vomiting all over the place.
Alexis turned 6 yesterday. Last night she woke up vomiting.
I'm really, really glad there are no more birthdays coming up in our immediate family.

That is so funny! In a not so fun way. And where in the world did you find that pic of a woman holding child puking in bowl. Did you google that in google images??
Oh no, not again!
B: That's a blog entry unto itself. I googled "birthday cake vomit," "birthday cake stomach flu," and finaly, "vomit". Some of the entries were kind of gross. :-)
i can't believe you googled all of that! i can image it was pretty gross! better you than me, the googling, i mean!
i'd be glad, too, that there were no more birthdays for another year! except your, of course, which is the most important one!
get better soon!!
OH no. That's not fun. But kinda weird/funny that it happened around their birthdays.
oh lizzie, are your kids every healthy? :) p.s. i totally spaced it and forgot to call alexis on her birthday. let her know that i'll be giving her a call in the next day or so.

Oh, Margarita! It's muy linda to hear from you! They're getting better, but now I think I'm getting it. Grr. The other funny coincidence is that Theresa visited from North Carolina on Alexis's birthday. Maybe there's something in that Southern air that makes us Oregon ducks sick! :-)
