Well, the interest has waned. Brandon showed no interest in UNDERPANTS. I succumb to peer pressure and say "underpants." But to be honest, after potty training only a girl, panties just came out naturally. :-)
I have no desire to have my manly son express his feminine side, despite, as Mahina pointed out, his wearing Alexis's Princess tank top over his T-shirt to swimming one day. I tried to remove it, but he protested.
He likes to play with Alexis's Dora castle, but his idea of fun is trying to fly his cars through the window or cram them inside the castle. So I have no fear of his future manliness. :-)

Hey, Dylan's been trained for a while, but I have only just gotten him to say Underwear and not panties.Even with Andrew around, he chooses Kate to be his example. He wants to wear Kate's dresses all the time and put on my make up. Our boys can be metro-sexual together lol.
i asked the girls when they got home today if brandon was wearing underwear the whole time they were there and they said he was and without any accidents! don't lose hope! this was a big step today in the world of potty training!
Oh, I wish he was wearing panties (oops! I mean underwear) the whole time they were there. He was actually in a diaper...a very wet one! We were talking about him wearing underwear last night (before bed), so maybe there was some miscommunication. Some day!
And, Becky, it must be the older- sister/little-brother syndrome! I'm sure they'll come into their own as they age. :-)
oh darn. don't give up though!!
I'm going through the wonderful potty training phase right now. Bridget can attest to it, as Jeremy pooped his pants at her house. Sorry B.
I find candy really helps a lot. Yeah I'm bribing, but it works!
